Desktop screen shots
MY LINUX LAPTOP theme Looks !!!!!!!!
I had looked for this wallpaper to compliment my dark theme and I installed a dark Firefox theme, also you tube is dark too. Look below!!

I had a dark theme on my chrome browser but, I have to reinstall it, this theme was darker than the fire fox dark. Actually It is not the same dark theme it is quite different ways like this one got from Noobs lab dot com because this dark theme was for the whole computer. Another dark wallpaper below, I really wanted to post this on my other blog @ thoughts.com
Now I will show you some of my menu is dark plus you can see what programs I have and use on this Linux laptop system.

Maelstrom
A version of an old arcade game called asteroids.I used screen shot to take pictures of only the game itself. It sure is great what you can do with these computers these days. I guess this might be interesting to some retro gamers in particular. There are many classic games that this generation of young people do not know about which if they was put in an online gaming site they might not know it was old they might call it new.
I guess I like the game it could easily pass the time. I wonder if if I should play and pause the game so you could see in game graphics not just these pictures of the ship,upgrades and the enemy/obstacles that you'd have to blast!!!! This is a small review but, I also put the people who were apart of making it in the picture.

My other side
I have been posting my thoughts on blogger as well as other blogs or blog networks. I usually did not write about my faith and belief mostly cause it was fear criticsm from fellow bretheren or fellow christians. It might cause a conflict at church. I have always thought this might be a place where one could express their opinion one or more issues get feedback. I can not speak on behalf of the church but, there are issues that have rose up that were significant enough for me to question what I believed some years ago. I think now that it has passed and I have grown/matured it should be ok to write it.
I feel at my age (46) the issues that come my way I should face and not run or make excuses for them so in that trial of difficulty whatever I learn can be passed on to the younger generation. Remembering some of my ways when I was young I see that I was impatient and hard headed, want to do my own thing. I wonder if Frank Sinatra thought the same that he also did things his way, of course that artist was before my time or at least I did not pay much attention. Below I have copied and pasted another blog post of mine cause I intend to delete it putting everything on this one saving
space.
I like others in the faith face many things like criticism;hatred;rejection just everyday issues also mentioning being an example in the church and outside (of church) as well. I am analytical so I think sometime I over analyse things. I believe the bible ( all of it) and try to apply the scripture principles to my life. People sometimes have misunderstanding of church,faith, principles and their role they play in our adult life. Some think church is just a social event which it is not. There are many social events one could attend that don't have commitment attached to them, this is not one.

BLOGGER BACK-UP
First on my list is thee "ISP" companies that with unreasonable prices for their over-rated internet services charging you for mega byte, gigabyte what about unlimited data flat monthly rates!!!! Yeah make that happen then I will be impressed!!!
Not smooth talking sales people and what about ending high terminatioin fees for cell/smart phones !!!! OH! you think I got a hot mouth and Should shutt up, not likely cause people now dayz are working harder than they ever did and getting less, what is up with that? If the shoe was on the other foot you would not stand for it, would you?
If you wondering I backed-up this Blog I'm writing so, I will keep writing till some one takes notice. Stupid Blogger is telling me while I write this there is an error which proboably is a spelling oopsie!!! There error that blogger!!
I am Linux blogger and it seems most things online are in favor of greedy microsoft and its products!! Where is the integrety? where is the proffessionalism has all of it been flush down the toilet? And replaced with money over people!!!!
BELOW ARE OLD POSTS THAT NEVER SAW OR GOT ATTENTION
I was having some thoughts today about technology and how it has influenced us. I think it has made us less social even though the cell/smart phone is a communication device. We have to think smarter and make it work for us instead becoming a slave to it. Use any/every feature to our advantage since we take it with us while travel locally or abroad document restaurant food plus their service quality, like a critic. If you visit a hotel critique it!! Making every part of our life profitable. I once said I wanted to get paid to do the things I love. Think about it we use products all the time so we could do a review, if the product is new/affordable & especially unknown giving a rating versus its pricey competition. I think the company that made the product might appreciate the good press since it may not be well known, plus you maybe able (if you choose) to go more in depth if the manufacture is cooperative.
Today I wanted to tell you about my experience with a distro called ultimate edition. I currently am using Zorin O.S. 6.3 but, anyway my experience with ultimate dition was mixed feelings of excitment to finally be able to install it yet, after using it whith issue after issue and crash afte crashs it quickly wore out my patients. I still have the cd even though I found negative reviews about it also, the host said the developer was excentric I found it funny becuase many power users are as well as heavily opinionated. If I were to rate it that distro would a 3 out of 10!! Mostly I think he just went overkill on amount of applications/special effects, I liked the effects though! I have tried bohdi linux which was interesting but, dont think I could be productive with it. I like puppy but, think if they put in some program to pick up wifi I will seriously consider it because it does not take up much room on the hard drive infact it des not use the hard drive space just the ram, which makes for faster boot-up times.

I used to have an "emachine" desktop which I used my phone to tether and get the internet (very slow) and I now have a G585 Lenovo laptop still using tethering (at home) but, I am using a smart phone the T-mobile Concord. When I am out I use wifi from the local starbuks as I am doing now.

I am still using linux becuase I want and not cuase I have to. IN the begining it was just an intrest that had sparked from reading alot of apple specs on their official website. I was and am really into computers, back then I switch to linux when an ex lady friend computers started having issues
and I saw it coming told her but, anyway with these issues came a crash of course without any security protection. It was at this time I was really anxious to try linux but, waited till windows crashed and made the proclimation that well, you could try linux it's free or buy a windows cd for up to 200 dollars, as I believed she caved in and tried it so, my linux journey began.
Back then it was Ubuntu 7.04
First I want to say I am a (frustrated) linux user. I am currently using a obsolete/unsupported distrobution 9.04 juanty jakalope. You might say why? well, it all started when I had a close friend of mine bought a Linux format magazine including 12.04 Ubuntu DVD. I was happy as young child at christmas until tried to install but, it froze at the boot screen. Now, I am sorry my friend spent the money cuase he asked me why it didn't work I had no answer. Today I sent an email to the company that makes ubuntu in hopes they will send another working copy or a compatable distro so I can be a happy linux user. I ended up using using some strange distro called scientific linux which even to some linux users in chatrooms where unknow. I did not like it fully but, the fact that it came with adobeflash already installed was great!!! It still lacked more that most stock distros come with so, it did have xchat wich was a super plus for and used it like everyday but it seemed to be hardy no one there when I got on. If anyone reads this blog please help to find the distro that suites my pc.

I do write and like to express myself yet lately cause of the demands of my job I have declined
significantly. I know people often find my commentary odd or different sometime and even tell me to be quiet well, if I think something note worthy I will speak on it or beneficial I will speak. I think we all
have a little lazy in us so, fight it we must to get things done. Life should be valued and I and we should make the quality the best (if it were a product) most with common sense should agree. Lately I been missing church again cause of work, I really miss it !! Everyday I try to treat people better than before
reminding myself of my purpose that God planned for me. Anger does frequently flare up that is when I
call on a dear close friend of mine that has given good and sound advice most of the time, he sometimes calms me down talking me out of doing or saying something off the wall. Good friends are hard to come by these days rarely finding people you can depend on, I count myself blessed to have one if have one treat them good and count yourself blessed as well. Try to share with anyone the good advice you have been given return some goodness a person in need or make someone smile/laugh we all need
these every now and again. I am not an author yet, I try to do for others what someone did for me returning the favor. People that do things like this to seems like good karma even though I not a karma
practitioner.
